Dystopian Docks will provide you a tour of the town by boat located in District 1. It will be all by river but I am having troubles with the issue of a snow biome. If you have ANY spare jackolaunters PLEASE considering donating them to the project.

The new plan is to go into the sewers and avoid the snow biome ;D
